That’s why we’re proud to offer a comprehensive Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program, directed by a leading pulmonologist, that is designed to help you improve your lung function, and enhance your overall quality of life.
This program caters to the individual who has subacute rehab and medical needs related to an acute exacerbation or new onset of pulmonary disease. Our aim is to reduce pulmonary symptoms, decrease disability, increase participation in physical and social activities, and promote independence and quality of life.

- Oversight by Board Certified Pulmonologist
- On-site Respiratory Therapist
- Tracheostomy Care
- CPAP / BiPAP
- Nebulizer Treatment
- Remodulin Drip
- Extensive Therapy Services available 7 days per week
- 24/7 Access to Lab and Radiology Services

Meet Our Pulmonary Care Specialist:
Dr. Harmeet Singh
Dr. Singh specializes in pulmonology and critical care. He received his medical degree from Sawai Man Singh Medical College, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. Dr. Singh completed his internal medicine residency as well as his fellowships in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Dr. Singh has been in practice treating pulmonary disease for more than 34 years and specializes in treating sleep apnea, asthma, chronic obstructive airway disease, pneumonias, interstitial lung disease along with other pulmonary diseases. He is affiliated with Valley Hospital.
